1.1 The incorporation of personal data into WUNDERMAN THOMPSON SL's files
In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in regard to processing personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR) and Constitutional Act 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights ("LOPDGDD"), You are hereby notified that any personal details you provide are incorporated and processed in the files owned by WUNDERMAN THOMPSON SL with registered office at Calle Rios Rosas, No 26, 28003, Madrid, with Tax ID No. (NIF) B-28274801.

For issuing marketing communications about WUNDERMAN THOMPSON's products and services and marketing and communication in general.

Data subjects have the option of notifying the Spanish data protection agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) if there is an issue regarding the processing of their data. This agency is responsible for ensuring compliance with legislation and controlling the way it is applied.
